It is machined from the solid and ground with an aluminium balance plug reducing dead volumes in the engine bottom end while ensuring maximum balance and good inertia. It has a removable, forged lightweight INA racing big-end bearing that can whistand up to 18000 rpm. The crankpin has a diameter of 18 mm compared with 16 mm for the standard part.
