CYLINDER KIT MOPED ALU DOPPLER ER1 LIQUID FOR MBK 51 (1 PISTON RING)

The ER1 cylinder is a 5 transfer sweep with aluminium booster exhaust ports.
Made of aluminium for better heat dispersion, it has a nikasil coating.
This results in a low-friction surface with a very high resistance.
The elliptical piston consists of a single ring (1 mm thin) made of hard chrome steel. DOPPLER recommends combining its cylinder with the DOPPLER cylinder head.
The KIT includes :
Black anodised CNC aluminium cylinder head which has a bi-hemispherical chamber, and no decompressor.
Nikasil-treated cast aluminium cylinder, 6-transfer architecture with booster exhaust.
Mono piston ring
Seal kit containing :
- 1 outer cylinder head O-ring
- 1 inner cylinder head O-ring
- 4 stud O-rings
- 1 baseplate gasket 0.8mm
- 1 baseplate gasket 0.4mm
- 1 copper pot seal
