The ER1 cylinder is a 5 transfer scavenger with aluminium booster exhaust ports. Made of aluminium for better heat dispersion, it has a nikasil coating. This results in a low friction surface with a very high resistance. The elliptical piston consists of a single ring (1 mm thin) made of hard chrome steel. DOPPLER recommends combining this cylinder with the DOPPLER cylinder head (ref: 192246).
