HANDLEBAR MOTO 50cc/MOTO KRM OVERSIZE D28.6 ALU KRM PRO RIDE WITH FOAM - BLACK/RED

The large diameter KRM handlebar is made from a very good quality 6061 series aluminum. Starting from a 28.6mm diameter tube, it is cut and then knurled (grooves) on the left side to prevent slipping of the handle cover. Then, the future handlebars are stretched thanks to a shrinking system allowing to reach a diameter of 22mm at both ends. This 22mm diameter is standardized and corresponds to all handles, levers etc ... Then, the handlebars are bent in several places in order to give it its curvature. The KRM is a typical motocross / enduro / supermotard model. The hanger is then sanded in order to have a homogeneous visual by removing any marks linked to the bending. Then it is anodized in black before receiving all the KRM decorations by a very special baked decal process guaranteeing a breathtaking visual and a very strong resistance.
