If you are looking for reliability and power, here is the Stage6 Streetrace cast iron cylinder kit 50cc Minarelli AM6.
The last generation 50cc kit made by the German firm is dedicated to a daily use.
Its cast iron conception,two-ring piston and a high compression aluminium cylinder head provide reliability for an intensive use and low maintenance. The interior of the cylinder, with 5 intake transferts, and a simple 28mm oval exhaust port timing provide largely better performances than the original one.
Powerful and torquy, this cylinder kit perfectly joins reliability and performance, and will be your daily partner at the hands of your vehicle. To take the most of its capacities, we recommend to associate a 19mm carburetor and a Sport range exhaust.
With the adapted parts, it will be able to develop up to 8 bhp, that is 3 to 4 more bhp than the original, and 1 or 2 more bhp than other 50cc kits.

For the mounting, we recommand beforehand to clean up the engine before mounting back, to check the state of the parts and to install a new spark plug and a new needle bearing. Also think about changing your carburetor settings to prevent any tightening.
The cylinder squish has already been made by manufacturer, so that you only have one base gasket. About the running in, a minimum of 300km with a 3% oil mixture will give you robustness and
