Malossi is pleased to present the new Digitronic with variable advance!
Compared to the original, the Malossi case has the power curves completely modified and the rev limiter moved to 15,000 rpm.
This new Digitronic manages the advance and the SAS valves.
Dimensioned plan in advance
Ignition advance is managed via linear interpolation of a 3-dimensional dimensioned plane, made up of 16 engine rpm breakpoints and 8 engine temperature breakpoints.

The emission of secondary air downstream of the butterfly valve allows the engine control system to compensate for the non-linearity of the flow typical of a carburettor system. The SAS (Secondary Air Source) valve is controlled by the electronic box via the use of a dimensioned plan with linear interpolation having 16 break points of function on the number of engine revolutions and 8 break points of function on the engine temperature.
SAS valve management reduces polluting emissions and optimizes engine performance in all operating conditions.
Designed to be ready to use, i.e. compatible with the original sensor system and actuators.
Fine-tuned ECU settings and maps allow for a concrete increase in engine performance.
