INLET MANIFOLD MOPED DOPPLER OPEN I_3D ADAPT. 103 MVL/SP SHORT (FLEXIBLE MOUNTING)

Made by 3D printing using powder sintering. This process allows for an optimum shape of the intake pipes.

Inventory of the different parts :
- 1 pipe
- 4 screws (same number as the fixing point)
- 4 washers (same number as the fixing point)
-1 sleeve

WARNING: the material used is sensitive to tightening, it is imperative not to exceed the tightening torque (4Nm), and not to forget to use the washers supplied. In the case of incomplete sealing, use sealing paste rather than excessive tightening of the screws, which would lead to deformation of the base.

Assembly:
1) Coat the contact surface of the sealing surface with CAF type sealant
2) Place the washers and screws provided, then screw until contact is made.
3) Tighten the screws to 4Nm
